After 2 years of being letdown by 20+ different roofing companies and builders I stumbled across ACE building services, by accident, on what was going to be my last look before giving up on the job all together. From initial meet with Tony the whole experience was totally different- turned up on time, was clear about the process, clear about the pricing and was friendly too! The first day on the job on 2nd Jan he and the team arrived by 0730 and started work in what was a totally awful day of weather- raining sideways and freezing cold but they just cracked on. He, Craig and Terry completed the job on time, within the penny to the agreed price and were not at all phased by children and dogs wandering in to see what they were up too. So thankful to Tony and his team for the job they have done and how they carried it out. Will definitely be using them again and already recommending to friends and family.

We started looking for a building company who a/ came recommended by others b/ produced a high standard of work and was happy for us to inspect previous work and c/ we felt that we could get on with as clearly they'd be at our property for a while. Well Tony and his team of Terry and Craig have been absolutely top notch, we couldn't be happier on all levels and whilst we didn't plan on having them for Christmas, as the planned dormer extension led to a bathroom, a kitchen restructure and refit and and now they're just finishing a ground floor extension, if we find them any more work they may end up sharing our turkey! From their initial quote and confirmation of works booked, Tony was in regular contact to keep communication open and ensure we was ready for the works to start. Luckily for us, they managed to fit us in a week early, which was fantastic. They arrived promptly each morning to start work, knocking through 2x en-suites to make one large ensuite. Tony and the team we’re extremely knowledgeable and professional in their work and also discussed every step prior to completing to ensure I was happy. No matter how many times I had a request to change things throughout the build, the team were happy to assist and adapt any changes I requested. Their workmanship and finish is exceptional. Tony and his team have recently completed our single storey rear extension. Wasn't the cheapest, but certainly wasn't the most expensive quote we received. Everything was laid out in the quote and we knew exactly what we were getting with no major hidden surprises along the way. Payment terms were brilliant and felt comfortable along every step of the way. The build was just under 3 months and Tony and his team were part of the family by the end of it. Turned up every day, on-time without fail. This was our first project and was anxious of the result, cost and logistics of the build, but we couldn't of been more relaxed, the team went above and beyond. Tony and his team have built an extension to my house for an en suite bathroom. I am very pleased with their work, particularly as the irregular shape of the space made it tricky. Tony and crew have just completed a rear extention for a kitchen/dinner. Tony was very adaptable to our needs, even after I changed my mind from a apex roof, to a flat roof with a lantern, even though this delayed the project. Tony & crew have also fitted our kitchen. (just waiting for granite work top to be fitted before he can finish everything else) We are very happy and pleased with the results, a big plus was feeling safe and confident leaving our keys with Tony so he could continue without us.
