After 5 years of heavy use, our hot tub pump developed a fault. I phoned on Tuesday, they came out on Thursday and it was all fixed within an hour. Excellent service from a great team that you get to know well if you sign up for their service plan. They don't just want to sell you a hot tub, they want you to be happy using it for many years.

Really pleased with our new hot tub.
From my first meeting with Julia at the showroom in Tamworth. To the engineers installation, everything has been seamless.
No selling pressure, comfortable relaxed purchase.
Would highly recommend Award Leisure's services and products.

We booked hot tub relocation and it wasn't an easy path to move the tub, but the guys used a variety of tools and knowledge to move the tub to the new location. they finished the job very fast and professionally. will definitely use their service again.

From the early stages of popping in to the showrooms just to have a look around to the installation, the whole team have been amazing from
Start to Finish.
Unlike other companies that just want to take your money and don’t really care about what you want, Award Leisure always take time out for you and go above and beyond by dropping you a little message to see if everything is okay and if you need any support they really do offer an hassle free service.
With the service they offer and with being compatible in the market I will be using this guys again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new hot tub

Daniel and team going above and beyond!
Ordered the 18' Egg oven, unfortunately it arrived shattered due to mishandling from the courier! A quick phone call and email to the team and Daniel was straight on the case, sourcing a new one for me and getting the BBQ out to me as quickly as they vould despite it being sold out. Overall a great customer experience from the award leisure team, now to fire the BBQ up and enjoy summer

Fantastic service from start to finish. The two guys who installed were fantastic. Would highly recommend buying a hot tub from here. Can’t wait to start using it.

Delivery of my beautiful tub was on Friday 4th March, I cannot thank Award Leisure enough for the help , guidance, professionalism, communication throughout my journey . I would like to say a big shout out to Lewis in sales , Phill electrician, Sophie who communicated with me on delivery as I had a crane involved and telephone lines taken down, the crane guys from A B Crane Hire were fantastic, Daniel hot tub technician and Cooper, Daniel guided and patiently explained the operation and controls , none of this would have happened if it were not for you guys all working as a great team. I cant tell you enough how highly delighted I am with the service.

Westwood hot tub. After a long wait due to high demand the hot tub is great. Customer service girls are friendly and helpful. Installation OK! I did have a leak. sent an email in the evening of fitting to Lewis in sales. Responded fast at 10.30pm telling me what it was the Clamp ring. Re fitted the clamp ring no more leak. Overly impressed with Lewis in sales who saved the day.

5*everything!!
From choosing, buying, installation and follow-up customer services we received a 5* service... second to none. Everyone we dealt with along the way was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and prepared to go that extra mile to ensure this new experience of owning a hot tub.... we have only had it a week but already we are loving it....thank you.
Without reservation I would highly recommend Award Leisure.

I had my annual service for my Grand Duke Hot Tub on Monday 14th Dec 2020. Emily from A5 spas had previously texted and rang myself to confirm the appointment and ask if there was any chemicals I needed to order, or parts or if there was anything else I needed assistance with. She had confirmed the times the engineer would be coming on that day. As a customer I felt this was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the level of customer care that was being given.
Monday morning the engineer arrived promptly after 9 am and was greeted by a lady called Charlotte. She was polite, courteous and very thorough on her job. Talking me through what she was doing and answering any queries relating to the operation of the hot tub, cleaning and chemical application upon questioning. Charlotte had left the hot tub in an impeccable clean condition and had also advised me as to replacing a broken clip on my hot tub cover and that her company could help with finding a replacement for that. As a customer I felt Charlotte went up and above board to complete her work professionally and is definitely an asset and valued employee to your company.
Start to finish you offered a 5 star service professional and polite with a good duty of care and impeccable attention to details in completing the service of my hot tub to a high standard.
